These terms cover your use of vintagewoodcanvas.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders & proofs

Placing an order creates a request, not an immediate charge. We prepare a digital proof for your approval. Production begins only after you approve your proof and your invoice is settled. We may decline or cancel an order if we can't reproduce the requested artwork to our standard, in which case nothing is owed.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change over time. We do not collect card details on this site; you pay a secure invoice after approving your proof. Sales tax is estimated at checkout and finalized on your invoice based on your shipping address.

Your content

When you upload a photo, text or other artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it and you grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely to produce and fulfill your order. Please don't send anything you don't have the rights to, or anything unlawful or infringing.

Intellectual property

The site design, brand marks, product photography and copy are the property of VintageWoodCanvas and may not be reused without permission. Your custom artwork remains yours.

Custom work & returns

Personalized pieces are made to order and generally can't be returned for buyer's remorse — this is why we proof everything first. Our remake guarantee covers damage in transit or pieces that don't match your approved proof. See shipping & returns for details.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
