Production time
Because every piece is made to order, production begins only after you approve your free digital proof. Most pieces are hand-finished and shipped within 7–10 business days of proof approval. Larger pieces and two-board vows can take a few days longer; we'll always tell you if that's the case.
Shipping & rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $75.
- A flat $9 applies to smaller US orders under that threshold.
- We ship across the United States and to Canada. For other destinations, write to us and we'll quote shipping before you order.
- You'll get tracking by email the moment your piece leaves the studio.
Packaging
Each piece is wrapped in recycled tissue, corner-protected, and boxed in double-wall cartons. We pack like it matters, because a keepsake shouldn't arrive with a dinged corner.
Our remake guarantee
We stand behind our work completely. If your piece arrives damaged, or doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll remake it at no charge — just send a photo within 30 days of delivery.
Returns on custom work
Because each piece is engraved or printed from your own words and photos, we can't accept returns or exchanges on personalized items for buyer's remorse — they can't be resold. This is exactly why we send a free proof first: so you can be certain before anything is made. Non-personalized in-stock prints may be returned in original condition within 14 days.
Order changes
Need to change an address, spelling or detail? Reply to your order email or contact the studio as soon as you can. We can almost always help before a piece goes into production.
