This policy explains what we collect and why. The short version: we only ask for what we need to make your piece and get it to you, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email, shipping address and the text and images you provide for your custom piece.
• Messages — anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Basic site data — standard server logs and a single session cookie that keeps your cart working. We don't run advertising trackers.

Payment information

We do not collect or store credit card details on this website. When you place an order we email you an invoice; payment is handled through our secure payment provider only after you approve your proof. Your card data never touches our servers.

How we use it

To lay out and produce your piece, send your proof and invoice, ship your order, answer your questions, and — only if you opt in — send our occasional studio journal. That's it.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to fulfill your order: our shipping carrier and our payment processor. They may only use your information to perform their service for us. We never sell or rent your data.

Your custom files

We keep the photos and text you provide for as long as needed to produce and support your order, and we're happy to delete them on request once your piece has shipped.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to hello@vintagewoodcanvas.com.
